Update 8 a.m. Sunday – The AMBER alert for missing 15-year-old Dustin Wade Shaver has been canceled. The teenager was found in North Carolina, according to Virginia State Police.

The agency did not say if any charges have been filed.

10: 20 p.m. Saturday

A 15-year-old boy is missing tonight and police issued an AMBER alter to find him.

Dustin Wade Shaver was taken from his home at 320 Pannell Drive in Hurt, Va., south of Lynchburg, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Denise Michelle Shaver, the child’s biological mother, and Kevin Scott Parrish are suspected of abducting the boy, according to police.

All three may be traveling in a 1995 green Jeep with Virginia license place

This missing child is described as white, wearing white t-shirt and blue jeans or brown shorts. He has black and blue Addias tennis shoes and an eyebrow piecing over his right eye, according to police.

The child’s mother is also described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 223 pounds, with blue eyes. Parris is white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, hazel eyes, 180 pounds, with blonde hair.
