Woodbridge Man Faces Brandishing Charge

WOODBRIDGE, Va.– Two men brandished firearms toward one another, according to police.

On August 21st at 6:44PM, police responded to the Walgreens located at 14083 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) for a brandishing.
The victim, a 33 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was exiting the store when he observed two vehicles pulled into the parking lot.
The drivers of both vehicles then reportedly got out of the vehicles and brandished firearms toward one another. At one point the men brandished their weapons toward the victim.
No shots were fired. Both men got into their vehicles and fled prior to police arrival. Responding officers located one of the vehicles in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Blackburn Rd where one of the parties, the accused, was arrested without further incident.
The second suspect was not located.
