WOODBRIDGE, Va. – A serious crash has closed two lanes of Interstate 95 south this morning.

Potomac Local News Slug Tales writer Laura Cirillo reports seeing two cars flipped over just before the exit ramp to the Horner Road Commuter lot in Woodbridge.

The crash is just before Prince William Parkway, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Witnesses said several emergency crews are on the scene.

    Anybody seen a silver sedan cutting into a left lane (out of control) and continue cutting into a center lane which caused a accident.

    Maybe. I called 911, i saw accident in my rear view mirror, i pulled to side of road after exiting i95. A silver car behind me passed me turning into commuter lot the whole side of his car was damaged, left side. Sorry not sure of plate or model.

    Not sure but when I look up honda accord looks like early 2000 models.
