STAFFORD, Va. – The Stafford Hospital Center will hold a seminar that will help women understand what to expect when dealing with a high-risk pregnancy.

The seminar will cover informational items like what factors can contribute to premature births, advanced maternal age, pre-eclampsia, diabetes and how multiple births can be effectively managed, according to a press release.

The seminar will take place Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. in conference rooms five and six at the Stafford Hospital Center, at 101 Hospital Boulevard.

The hospital says the seminar is also a good way for couples to interact with others who are facing a high-risk pregnancy. Support persons are also welcome to attend.
