NORTH STAFFORD, Va. – While some lined up for fireworks on a hot, 100-degree Independence Day afternoon, others stood in line for fresh crabs at Decatur’s Fresh Crabs and Shrimp stand at the corner of Stafford Marketplace and Va. 610.
