DALE CITY , Va. — First Lady Michelle Obama will bring the campaign message to a VFW Post in Dale City.
Obama is scheduled to speak at Post 1503 on Minnieville Road at noon Thursday in an effort to drum up grassroots support for her husband’s bid for reelection. The First Lady will also encourage residents to register to vote, according to a press release.
A limited number of tickets are available for this event, and they will be made available to the public at the Tacketts Mill Shopping Center, at 2243-C Old Bridge Road in Lake Ridge, 11215 Lee Highway in Fairfax, and Loehman’s Plaza at 7285 Arlington Boulevard in West Falls Church.
VFW Post 1503 is located at 14631 Minnieville Road in Dale City.
Last year, the First Lady appeared at Quantico High School and served as their commencement speaker.
