NORTH STAFFORD, Va. – Two men wanted in a homicide in Florida were captured today on Interstate 95 in North Stafford.
Virginia State Police troopers received a “be on the lookout” alert from police in Palm Bay, Fla. warning of two men in a white SUV headed north on I-95. In Virginia just after 4 a.m. Thursday, a state trooper saw the

Two males were found inside the vehicle and were arrested, and both are jailed at the Rappahannock Regional Jail and are awaiting extradition back to the Florida.
The suspects, Octavius Toppin, 34, and Obadiah Toppin, 34, are twin brothers who face murders charges in Florida, according to Florida police.
Police in Florida did not say what prompted the shooting or where the twin brothers were traveling to.
